If some mold components are replaced, gypsum blocks with different specifications can be produced, such as 666×500×80, 666×500×120, 666×500×150, 333×500×100 and 333×500×120. The quality can meet the Gypsum Block Standard (JC/T698—1998) requirement.
Gypsum Blocking Machine adopts structure of "vertical mold forming and hydraulic lifting”, including the formulating system, stirring system, forming machine, scraper mechanism, frame, panel discharging system, hydraulic system, circuit system and control system.
