Production process for β building-specific gypsum powder
It adopts the two-step calcination production process which involves material pre-drying and combustion of furnace in fluid bed. Put the raw material on the loader and ship it from the stock dump to the hopper. Convey the material uniformly to the rotary dryer through thrasher and belt conveyer (The heat source hereof comes from the coal hot air furnace.) The material, after being discharged, shall be transferred by the powder conveying equipment to the vertical furnace in fluid bed for calcination (The heat source hereof comes from the thermal oil furnace.) The material, after the calcination process, shall be put into the ball grinder for modification and cooling and then be optimized and transferred to the finished product and packing warehouse.
